About a year ago, I found your podcast on iTunes and quickly signed up for a membership.  I was going through a very negative time in my life and your meditations have helped me to find my center.  Thanks to you, I have been turned on to EFT and have had tremendous results both by running through your exercises as well as on my own. . .

I wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to thank you for your podcasts. I subscribed to the podcast a couple of weeks ago, but only really began to listen to them last week. I run a children's football team (soccer) in London England, it was our end of season get together where every manager has to stand up in front of the whole crowd and give out awards. I am painfully shy and nervous about doing this sort of thing, and had been dreading it for weeks.

I noticed one of your podcasts called "Social and inner Confidence". I played it one evening on the way home from work, and was amazed by how I felt afterwards. Leading up to the day I played it on a daily basis. I arrived at the event, and although i felt a little worried, it was nothing like I was expecting, then when it was time to take the microphone and begin I felt great. It went better than I could have possibly imagined, and I put it all down to you and your podcast. I really cannot thank you enough.

I have been using your meditations for about a year and I have slowly but steadily evolved into a more authentic me! The changes have been subtle yet profound.

Last spring I found out that I have a sluggish lymphatic system. I learned that the lymphatic system flows without a pump, and there are no muscles to develop to improve the flow. I read that one of the best things to do to improve lymphatic flow is to practice deep breathing. I then searched on Itunes for a good podcast for breathing and meditation. After sampling hundreds from the search results, I found Meditation Station. It seemed to me to be the only podcast worth keeping! I used the meditations as breathing exercises, but soon noticed changes in my psyche. I downloaded the interval workout and started using it. I have never been particularly active and am now quite fit!

I am very happy to be a subscriber to My Thought Coach. It's an incredible bargain - $6.99 per month vs. $100 + per hour for therapy! Thank you.

I love your recordings. They have become a truly important part of my life these past few months. Not a day goes by that I don't listen to at least one a day. A most remarkable change is that I have all but quit using sleeping pills. I can fall asleep at bedtime by listening to your ZZZZ meditation. Sometimes I have to listen to it 2 or 3 times a night but I have come to know it will put me back to sleep and that helps so much. I love the 20 minute interval training-most trainer’s voices get so annoying, but this one is so motivating. The time flies by and I’ve never pushed myself so much. I want more! Can you do a 60 minute workout? And design one for an elliptical or treadmill workout? I would PAY to download more.
