Speaking of intervals, watch for a new interval workout this month. In the meantime, I'd love to hear what helps the most from me during these workouts. Full coaching? Cues just to indicate the intensity, with minimal chit chat from me? Nothing but music?

I agree with Diane, for me full coaching is the best, it motivates me, makes me smile, without it I don't push myself as hard, keep up the great work Stin! Kylie
It's amazing that a 20 minute workout can leave me feeling like I have really accomplished something.
Until trying I.T., my workout goal would be to go further or longer than before. That can backfire on days when my schedule won't allow a long workout.
But 20 minutes? Who can't squeeze that in? And what a 20 minutes it is!
I am new to this, so at this point, I need every bit of your encouragement to keep me going.
(Down the road it would be great if I could find a way to combine your coaching with some of my favorite motivating music.)

Hi Stin, I have just signed up on your website today. The main motivator for me to sign up was to download the interval workouts - I've recently been doing the exact same interval training (the body for life cardio), so I can't wait to try it out with the coaching and cues!! I used to ask my husband to run beside me and push me through my level 9's... so please keep bringing out new interval training mp3's!!! You are an angel!!!!

Stin - I am trying to get into my best shape ever BEFORE getting pregnant, so I'll be strong and healthy while pregnant, for delivery and to get back in shape afterwards. Your interval training MP3s have been a HUGE help, motivation, and encouragement. Thank you! I am addicted and kind of wish I could do them daily instead of every other day. Because my mood is so FABULOUS after I work out. This week I went on a beautiful vacation and did interval workouts every other day. I enjoyed the cues-only when I was in a new place and really wanted to take in the scenery while I ran. I found myself really giving myself great self talk during the runs. I learned it from you. I say "Go! Go! Go!" and "Nine! Nine! Nine!" to myself and really crank the energy. I could say so much more, but I'll just say thank you so much!
